Staff Development Manager

Our Client is a service provider company located in Budapest. We are looking for a

Staff Development Manager

who represents the strategic approach within HR and within the organization unit.

Main tasks:

  • Developing proactive and efficient resourcing tools
  • Designing and implementing an efficient and proactive sourcing strategy in line with growing talent needs
  • Facilitating the succession and talent management process at the company
  • Developing processes in order to attract, develop and retain talents
  • Managing the Talent sourcing and capability team
  • Working out a best in class Candidate and Employee experience
  • Leading and contributing to strategic projects increasing the recruitment capability
  • Developing and measuring the efficiency of talent development programs

The ideal candidate:

  • Has a University or College degree, preferably in HR
  • Has at least 3 years of experience in Resourcing and Talent Management
  • Is fluent in English
  • Is excellent in customer relations and building partnerships
  • Is open-minded
