Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending and implementing solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis. The Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to develop and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, requirements, and systems to identify areas for improvement
• Gather and document business requirements, use cases, and user stories
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision making
• Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and diagrams
• Identify and propose new business opportunities to improve business outcomes
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Facilitate and participate in project meetings, workshops, and presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Business analyst credentials e.g. CBAP
