We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Solution Architect to join our team. The Business Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, enterprise architecture, and technical solution design. The Business Solution Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to develop and deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop technology solutions that align with business objectives and corporate strategy
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and models
• Analyze business processes, requirements, and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
• Design and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements and align with enterprise architecture frameworks
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to develop and deliver technology solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, system diagrams, and user manuals
• Facilitate and participate in project meetings, workshops, and presentations
• Communicate technical solutions and tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices
• Prepare design authority decision materials and decision making on design authority forum

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, business analysis, and technical solution design
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
• Experience with solution design and architecture in one or more technology domains, such as cloud computing, big data, or mobile applications
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
