We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist. The Data Scientist will be responsible for designing and implementing statistical models and algorithms to analyze and extract insights from complex data sets. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, machine learning, and programming. The Data Scientist will work closely with other data scientists, data engineers, and stakeholders to develop and deliver data-driven solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement statistical models and algorithms to analyze and extract insights from complex data sets
• Develop and maintain machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems
• Explore and preprocess large, structured and unstructured data sets, and validate data quality
• Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement scalable and efficient data processing pipelines
• Develop and maintain data visualization and reporting tools to communicate data insights and trends to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain statistical and machine learning models in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala
• Identify and propose new data-driven opportunities to improve business outcomes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize data-driven business problems and solutions
• Communicate technical results and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and machine learning
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, algorithms, and models
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala
• Experience with data processing frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, or SQL
• Strong data visualization and reporting skills using tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
