Business Decisions

training is a complex company simulation
game with a role-play focus.

During the simulation:
  • Participants control a company in groups of 3-4 people
  • Activities are moderated by a business administration professional.
  • Participants simulate 10 years and make around 210 decisions.
  • Participants make decisions based on their analysis of production, logistical, finance, sales and marketing data.
  • Recommended number of participants: 16-24 people.
  • The training is available both in English and Hungarian.
Form of the training:

Internal training – with a tailored approach, we can more effectively prepare your colleagues for future challenges and business opportunities.

Open training – at a time and location organized by Simonyi and Tóth Personnel Consultancy (for more information about open trainings, you can contact us at info@sandt.hu).

Feedback from participants

“I told my director and our CEO to send others too. The trainer is a dream, the knowledge that was walking around in the room… Wow, it was so good – I’m happy! It strengthened our thinking on a company level.”

“My colleagues participated this year and this is what I told them: I would have everybody play it once in every two years, so that we stick with its logic. (…) My participation improved my way of thinking. We were making modest profit and we were proud. Later, I realized that our strategy wasn’t necessarily good – those who went bankrupt, had the highest return.”

“Now I see the work of the financial director differently. (…) Why isn’t accounting taught like this at university? I would go to learn from him [the trainer] again.”
