Case study – Organizational Development with online sociometry method

Our client, a Hungarian retail company with over 1000 employees, requested us to measure the motivation, commitment, and leadership potential of their middle and senior management.

During the first round of CX-Ray sociometry survey, we mapped and analyzed the web of connections and cooperation of a small group of managers. This was followed by interviews with key colleagues, identified by the sociometry survey.

Seeing the results, the company requested further services. We carried out a second round of CX-Ray sociometry, conducted a Development Center for seven key colleagues, and a three day Business Decisions Simulation for three colleagues.
