We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project/Program Lead. The Senior Project/Program Lead will be responsible for managing complex projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, program management, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project and program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Identify and manage project and program risks, issues, and dependencies
• Provide leadership and guidance to project managers, team members, and stakeholders
• Communicate project and program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure compliance with project and program management standards, processes, and methodologies
• Collaborate with other project managers, business units, and stakeholders to identify and resolve project and program interdependencies
• Monitor and report on project and program performance, and make recommendations for improvements
• Ensure the successful transition and handover of projects and programs into operations and maintenance
• Mentor and coach project managers and team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in project and program management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing complex projects and programs with multiple stakeholders and vendors
• Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies such as PMI/PMBOK, Agile, and Waterfall
• Experience with project and program management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence
• Experience managing project and program budgets and financials
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Prince2
